Coworking firm Venture X is headed to Grapevine for its next North Texas location.
The shared office provider is opening a 22,000-square-foot operation at 2451 West Grapevine Mills Circle near Grapevine Mills mall and north of DFW International Airport.
The new Grapevine location will be owned and operated by Kriya Hotels, which has its headquarters in the four-story building. Formed in 2004, Kriya Hotels has more than a dozen hospitality properties in North Texas and other locations around the state and in Oklahoma.
“We specialize in hotels and hospitality,” Kriya Hotel’s Nina Chudasama said in a statement. “The coworking space, especially one modeled like Venture X, seemed like a natural fit due to the hospitality aspect of hosting office tenants and offering similar experiences from our hotel background.”
Venture X already has multiple Dallas-Fort Worth locations, with coworking offices in Uptown Dallas, Las Colinas, Plano, Richardson, Frisco and other locations.
