Caesar Hernandez knew his business was ready to take the next step and find their own space.

But he knew he needed more than just a place to set his laptop.

Caesar is the founder of Icon Funnels, a marketing and consulting company that builds trusted brands and high-performing digital systems for its clients. 

We chatted with Caesar about his business, his entrepreneurial journey, and how Venture X has played a role in his success.

How did you start your business?

I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2014 by launching a gym, and that taught me everything about people, discipline, and systems. In 2018 I transitioned full-time into Icon Funnels, a marketing and consulting company that helps real businesses build powerful brands and digital ecosystems.

What core values drive your business?

Our core values are excellence, execution, and impact—helping businesses scale while keeping integrity and purpose at the center of everything we do.

What Venture X services do you use?

At Icon Funnels, we use the private office space and conference rooms for strategy meetings, creative sessions, and client consultations. 

What is your favorite part about working at Venture X?

My favorite part about working at Venture X is the energy and professionalism of the space. It feels like the home base for builders and creators.

How has being a member impacted your business or work?

Being a member at Venture X has given my team and me a structured rhythm to our days. 

It’s helped us elevate our client experience and allowed me to connect with other business owners who are building something meaningful.

Being in an environment where you’re surrounded by other professionals naturally pushes you to operate at a higher standard.

Where do you see your membership evolving in the future?

I see our membership growing into a hub for our Nashville operations, expanding into multiple offices, and possibly even taking over a floor as we continue to scale our consulting and media divisions.

What accomplishment or milestone are you most proud of?

One of the milestones I’m most proud of is helping people like Tony Horton (creator of P90X) scale their reach and create systems that will outlive his career. 

Being able to do that from here in Nashville—in a space like Venture X—feels like a full-circle moment.
