Furniture: Your office comes equipped with Vari desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets. However, you are also welcome to bring in your own furniture to personalize your space and make it a comfortable and productive place to work.
High-speed internet: Both hardwired Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections are available, and permanent desks offer the option of either a phone or Ethernet connection.
Conference room time: Depending on your membership type, you may have access to a certain number of conference room hours per month at discounted member rates. Additional time can be purchased at discounted rates, and we also offer half-day and full-day rates. Please note that any complimentary conference room time must be used within the same month it is provided and does not carry over to the next month.
Printing, copying, and scanning: Venture X - Braniff Centre has a multi-function copier/scanner/printer that you can use at no additional cost as part of your membership. You don't have to worry about per-page fees or additional charges for using these services.
Utilities: Your membership fee includes all utilities, so you don't have to worry about extra charges for things like electricity and heating/cooling.

You are welcome to start your membership at any time, and your first month's membership will be prorated to reflect the partial month of service. In some cases, we may be able to hold an office for you for a limited time by accepting a non-refundable service retainer in lieu of a signed agreement. However, this option is only available for a period of 10 business days and is subject to availability. To secure an office on a more long-term basis, you will need to provide a signed agreement and pay a service retainer as well as the first month's membership fees. This ensures that we have the necessary documentation and funds in place to hold the office for you and allows us to begin preparing the space for your use.
