About Us

Ese Aihie is an entrepreneur and CRE industry expert with over 15 years of experience in real estate. She serves as President of Admiral Legacy Companies, which includes Venture X Castle Hills, a flexible office space provider. She is also the Founder and CEO of Work Innovators, a media production and marketing company focused on amplifying the voices of businesses and communities.

Her current and past experience includes office, co-working, and collaborative workspaces, single-family development, mixed-use development, public-private partnerships (P3), land procurement, and community outreach. Her expertise in real estate, combined with her passion for people and community, led her to the commercial real estate and hospitality space she thrives in today. Enriching people’s lives through communities by creating environments and experiences is central to how she approaches projects and investments.

Ese is actively involved in and deeply understands the value of communities and the dynamics of different neighborhoods. Her community involvement demonstrates that she is not just a real estate professional but also a trusted advisor and partner. She is an active member of the nonprofit Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the Education Leadership Council as an Instructor and Champion of Urban Plan for Universities.

As an advocate for small businesses, she serves on several boards and leadership councils, including the Board of Directors at The Colony Chamber of Commerce, the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council, The Scott Murray Scholarship Fund, and the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC).

Faith, family, and travel are key aspects of her personal life. She is married to her life and business partner, Andrew, and together they have three children.
