Our architecture firm has been in the VentureX Greenville building since July 2023 (2.5 years). VentureX was one of five possible locations for Ci Design to locate their Greenville office. When the Principle’s from the Boston office initially toured VentureX they knew immediately this was the location because the interior personified “design” with the exposed beams and ambience common to an architecture firm. The staff was graciously welcoming and willing to listen to Ci’s needs, finding the perfect private office. Madison, Caroline, and Nichole are so wonderful and always happy to greet and help members.

Amazing coffee and a beautiful space!

We have been leasing from Venture X Plush Mills in Greenville SC for about 2 months and I have to rave over the experience! The concept of shared space and the value it brings is every small business’s wish for inexpensive access to all of the amenities one could desire without sacrificing privacy. The team here (Caroline/Madison/Nichole) give you a “concierge experience” with daily/weekly events which brings a community feel with multiple industries represented. No utilities, no taxes, no assessments, and no landlord nightmares! They have very affordable options for any small business that offers space and office tools like secure internet, copier, mailroom, community kitchen with assorted coffee and bagels….cant say enough how happy we chose Venture X Plush Mills as our business location! Went for an event and wow this place is immaculate and modern. Very up to date amenities, huge spacious entryway and very professional working space for those who need one. If I needed an office space, this is where I'd rent it from. They have a full kitchen open to all with snacks and beverages for purchase by credit/debit. I was honestly impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the entire place. Easy, handicapped accessible parking lot with ramps. This place looks like a office space of the future that could hold any size professional meeting. Down the halls, there were spaces for computers, individual offices like law offices, and separate rooms resembling small school like rooms with bright lighting. I think I liked the tables were all on wheels (lockable) the most so they were very easy to move around. All in all 5 out of 5. Can suit any type of need.

We've been with Venture X since 2020. The space is a beautifully renovated mill that's been transformed into a lovely shared workspace. The design naturally encourages productivity, plenty of light, comfortable work areas, and a professional atmosphere. What really makes this place stand out is the staff. They're extremely thoughtful and consistently willing to go above and beyond for tenants. Whether it's helping with last-minute meeting room needs, managing incoming mail or just keeping everything running smoothly, they genuinely care about making sure everyone has what they need to succeed. If you're looking for a reliable coworking space with great people running it, Venture X Plush Mills is definitely an ideal option.
