Venture X College Park is located at 5825 University Research Court, Suite 2000, in Discovery District Maryland, just off River Road between Route 1 and Kenilworth Avenue.

From Baltimore Avenue (Route 1) or Kenilworth Avenue (MD 201), take River Road and turn onto University Research Court. It’s an easy drive from Riverdale, Hyattsville, Greenbelt, and Beltsville, with quick access to the Capital Beltway. Parking is free, with EV charging on-site.
By Metro or MARC, the College Park–University of Maryland station (Metro Green Line and MARC Camden Line) is about a mile away. Exit toward River Road and follow it about three-quarters of a mile, then turn left onto University Research Court.
By Shuttle, University of Marylands’s 104 College Park Metro/Discovery District Shuttle includes a stop at University Research Court during rush hour.
The Purple Line’s Riverdale Park North–UMD Station is under construction on River Road at Haig Drive, right at the entrance to University Research Court. It’s planned to open in 2027 and will connect us directly to Bethesda, Silver Spring, and New Carrollton.

We are a very satisfied tenant of a two-person office at VentureX College Park. There are many advantages to this office. Moniesha and her team are professional and responsive. It's a very clean and well designed space. The wifi is fast and reliable; the offices are modern and private; and the kitchenette is a great amenity. There is easy parking and a free shuttle-bus to the Metro. The deli next door is tasty. We like walking and biking on the nearby paths. We were in another co-working space for a while and looked at many competing offices before choosing Venture X. I can't be happier to have our office here!
