The facility is AMAZING, and the staff are even more impressive. For Columbia to have such a versatile and flexible office/work/meeting space is a real treat. This is the sort of amenity you only expect to see in a much larger metro setting!

VENTURE X is the most professional, prestigious Office building in downtown Columbia SC that provides an outstanding work environment with spacious conference / meeting rooms, fantastic offices, work spaces breathtaking impeccable views of the city on the 18th floor. Kim and Jason Rickman are very courteous and responsive in running the VENTURE X Office space business. I immediately get notified when I receive mail and given the option to pick it up or have VENTURE X package it up and forward the mail to an address of my choice for a small nominal fee.. I highly recommend VENTURE X for your next brick and motor or virtual office space!

I have a suite here and do you know what’s even nicer than the owners?… the internet speed especially if you are using the Ethernet port. You get great hospitality, phenomenal views, prime location, and real high speed data without all the fluff and latency issues. Come check it out. Best decision ever.
