Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group, is a widely recognized leader in the franchise industry. He started the company in 1986 with the Signarama brand in Farmingdale, New York.

Ray has received numerous honors and awards for his leadership at United Franchise Group and in the franchising industry. In addition to recognition for his business acumen, Ray is also an accomplished speaker and author.

Named to Forbes’ Magazine’s prestigious, “30 under 30 list, Jason Anderson founded Premier Property Marketing Group in Dallas, TX before joining United Franchising Group. Prior to becoming Venture X’s Brand President in 2019, Jason held other leadership roles at UFG, most recently as President of UFG brand, Accurate Franchising and also as Director of Franchise Development and Chief Technology Officer. As Venture X Brand President, Jason heads up the leadership team in order to implement our ambitious expansion agenda. With strengths in franchising, technology, real estate, marketing and entrepreneurial concepts, Jason has been moving Venture X towards continued growth.

After serving in several other operational roles within United Franchise Group for more than twelve years and being involved in the development of Venture X from the beginning, Paula became Vice President of Operations for Venture X in 2019. Paula oversees all aspects related to operations and new building openings for current and future franchise owners. 

Paula has extensive global travel experience and brings her wealth of knowledge to the Venture X brand as it continues to grow domestically and internationally.

Highly knowledgeable and experienced Corporate Real Estate Executive with broad and deep familiarity with a variety of industries for over 30 years. Matt has a proven track record with site selection, construction and financing for franchisees, schools, restaurants, grocers and pharmacies. He leads a dynamic team of proven professionals that are determined to exceed expectations and drive value with profitability. He has a reputation for performance excellence, leadership, and results. Matt is married to his wife of 21 years and they have 2 children.

As Development Manager at Vast Coworking Group, part of United Franchise Group—the world’s leading coworking franchise network—I drive the growth of our flexible office space brands: Intelligent Office, Office Evolution, and Venture X. With over 200 locations worldwide, Vast is at the forefront of the coworking industry, meeting the rising demand for adaptable workspace solutions.
My focus is on expanding and strengthening our brands by introducing innovative products, optimizing services, and equipping franchisees with the tools and expertise they need for long-term success.

Tammy is an industry veteran with 15 years of coworking experience in a wide variety of roles all focused on the sales and operations of coworking spaces. While at Regus, she was recognized as a Top Sales Performer for five consecutive years with additional recognitions for highest number of broker deals, highest renewal increases and the CEO award multiple times, to name a few.

As Director of Membership Sales for Venture X, Tammy’s focus is working directly with current and future Venture X franchisees to increase occupancy, revenue and profit.

Magan began her career in the Real Estate Industry focusing the first portion in the Residential area where she became an expert at turning around struggling apartment communities by increasing sales, decreasing expenses, providing boots to ground marketing strategies, and creating exceptional resident experiences. Within the same Industry she moved into opening brand new apartment communities and focused her time in Project Management to form a strategic plan to create a profitable community. Magan was then introduced to the Commercial Flexible Office Space Industry where became an expert at taking an unprofitable location with high turnover to profitability and long term retention. She focused on growing sales, strategic renewal increases, increasing client retention and up-selling all additional revenue opportunities.

Mandy Jimenez is the VTX Marketing Director with a decade of experience in marketing, specializing in paid advertising, social media content, and search engine optimization. She has worked with print and digital newspapers as well as international brands as a content creator. Along with her team, she provides strategic marketing support to franchise owners, helping them optimize their marketing efforts for growth and success.
