Denver Coworks Alliance Announces Immediate Availability of the Denver Coworks Passport

Denver, Colorado— March 20th, 2019 — The Denver Coworks Alliance announced the immediate availability of its Denver Coworks Passport to allow individuals including entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers, and consultants to experience the benefits of coworking in Denver and the surrounding areas.   Denver has one of the most vibrant coworking communities in the country with 2.2 million square feet being dedicated to coworking.  The aim of the Denver Coworks Passport program is to highlight the benefits a coworking community can have for individuals or small businesses as well as help them find the perfect coworking space.

“We wanted to put the focus back on the freelancer that builds amazing websites, a remote worker that is traveling to Denver, the salesperson working at home, or the developer that needs space to work on their side hustle,” said Craig Baute, President of Denver Coworks

Why use the new Denver Coworks Passport?
Many people have already experienced the benefits of coworking and the undeniable growth in this industry is proving it to be the future of workspace.  Today, around the world, 88% of the available coworking real estate is delivered by small business operators who are building a unique and desirable environment for their members.  The coworking passport is our alliance’s invitation to help the individual or small business find the right community to help them succeed in their venture.  The passport holder is encouraged to visit the 15 participating coworking spaces in Denver and the surrounding area to experience what makes each space unique.

“What I like about coworking is the different vibe I get at each space and the ability to work with like-minded individuals.  The networking opportunities are endless, and I enjoy being part of a thriving community” said Michael Ostrow, FacebookTM freelancer, and coworker.

CoWorking Passport Availability
The 2019 edition of the passport was made available on March 20th to the general public and has limited availability.  The passport book is arranged by 10 locations including Ball Park, Capitol Hill, Cherry Creek, Englewood, Highlands, LoDo, RiNo, South Broadway, Stapleton, and Uptown.  We encourage holders to visit as many locations as possible as they all have something that makes them special.  As an incentive, if the coworker visits 5 of the locations in the passport they will receive $50 off their favorite space.

How to get your Coworking Passport
The passport is free!  You can go to www.denvercoworks.org to receive more information.  You can also show up to one of the main pick-up points – Creative Density in Uptown, VentureX South Denver, Modworks in LoDo, or Furniture in the Highlands.  We are also working with other small businesses in Denver and the surrounding area to help get the word out.
