· What made you want to get involved in this line of work?
I wanted to represent members of our community zealously to provide them the appropriate legal advice in both business and immigration matters.
· What has been the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most gratifying aspect of our business mission is that we are providing the possibility for our country to grow via economic and investment opportunities while focusing on the quality of the growth of the immigration system. We focus on maintaining high standards regarding our legal representation and the observance of our results. The fundamental purpose of our firm is to provide our clients with quality service aimed at achieving their primary objectives.
· What is the biggest challenge that you have faced in business and how did you overcome it?
The greatest challenge that we have experienced as a company is the pandemic over the last year. Despite the difficulties of 2020, which will have lasting effects on not only us but future generations, we have managed to maintain our positive attitude. We have achieved this attitude through hard work, perseverance, and commitment to our clients and their objectives, which is the most important aspect for us. It is what has kept us in a positive mindset.
· What business tips would you like to share with others?
Despite the difficulties, we must maintain our perseverance and positive attitude. The most difficult moments of our life strengthen us.
· What has been your favorite part about working at Venture X?
My favorite aspect of working at Venture X so far is the productive environment that is available, the excellent care of the owners, and the quality of the facility. I have been a Venture X member for five months.
A Personal Look at Luis Victoria
We wanted to know what inspires Luis and he shared, “The greatest inspiration in my life has been my mother because she has taught me the humility necessary to be able to accept great challenges, respect for the rules, how to be successful in relationships, and the perseverance to achieve what many times I thought I couldn’t do.”
In his spare time, Luis practices martial arts as a way of life. Martial arts teach him to maintain a balance of mind and body to achieve his goals. During his free time, he also spends a lot of time with his family, especially playing and enjoying life with his daughter.
