By developing game-changing software for the past 6+ years in over 8 different industries, Linker Logic Technologies has the most qualified team to support any startup’s needs. The goal is to also invest in startups that solve innovative problems that can create better experiences for all. Aside from Linker Logic Technologies, VADE was founded 3 years ago and focuses on democratizing curb space data for cities and citizens.
What made you want to get involved in this line of work?
After creating an application that reached Top 20 in the App Store, several people reached out to me wanting to build an app. I decided to later start the company after seeing the number of people that have great ideas but no way of executing them. I wanted to help startups and founders throughout the whole process whether it was ideation, prototyping, or developing the product.
What has been the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is the people I get to work with on a daily basis and also being able to see their visions come to life. Often, these ideas are game-changing and are built to make the lives of others easier. The most rewarding part is seeing the client finally realize his or her vision come to life once the development is done.
What’s the biggest challenge that you have faced in business and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge that I faced is being in school while running this company and also simultaneously running 2 businesses. I was able to overcome it by expanding my team and using all our savings to reinvest back in the company ($0 investment funding).
What business tips would you like to share with others?
Regardless of your age, it’s never too late or too early to follow your passions and execute on a vision you’ve had. It’s better to fail than not have tried.
What has been your favorite part about working at Venture X?
My favorite part about working at Venture X is the amazing environment that it provides me but also the professional impression that it gives for any clients that I bring in. The employees at Venture X are very professional (shout out to Evan) and know exactly how to make the workspace somewhere that you want to be every day. I have been a Venture X member for nearly 7 months.
A Personal Look at Ritwik Pavan
Ritwik shared that growing up, his idol was Steve Jobs and that Jobs was inspiring to him. He elaborated, “He knew not only how to make a beautiful product but also how to market it.” Today, one of his biggest inspirations is Elon Musk because, “Despite everything telling him otherwise, he continued to pursue his vision and now has multiple multi-billion dollar companies that are significantly more innovative than any other companies in this era.” In his spare time, Ritwik likes to live the life of a normal college student who enjoys traveling, eating out, spending time with friends.
