Great venue for our off site meeting. The boardroom was an ideal setting and comfortably fit 15 people with a separate kitchen area. The hosts were amazing. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great space, great climate control, kitchen, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, parking and access, gym, office/community management from Corrin, secure, good people. All around, a fantastic space to work out of!

I've been at this co-working space for about 6 months and it has been incredibly convenient. Always clean, always good coffee (and a variety), and very helpful staff. Corrin, the Community Manager, will make sure your taken care of if you have any questions or special requests, and has been super helpful and professional!

Corrine is always there to meet any needs or problems that might come up in the office. She runs a good ship and is always greeting people with a smile and engaging in good conversation. I do wish she would bring back trivia tuesdays though.

Very accommodating space, I like the call booths too so we can have privacy in spite of our small office. Most of all, Corrine is the best! Always so friendly and helpful. She’s a total expert in the space, and I’m so glad our appointments have her to greet them if our team is occupied. What a gem!

Corrin is an exceptional community manager here at Venture X South Colorado Blvd. Location. She makes every guest feel welcome. She’s got a bright demeanor and is always willing to help if you have questions. She makes the experience fun and easy. I look forward to coming here once per week.

This is the future of work for sure! When our office lease was up last year, we spent 90 days looking for a new office lease. We were within days of signing a new lease when one of our executives found Venture X. We have a private office suite, staffed front desk, and wonderful amenities. We are saving 70% on rent, utilities, and maintenance. The community manager Corrin is awesome!
