Meeting room for up to 5 people. Around the corner from the conference room is our café & lounge as well as a patio with views of the front range. You are welcome to utilize these spaces for your break-out time.

Broadway Meeting Room

For mid-sized scheduled meetings. Space to collaboratively focus in small to medium groups. Fully A/V equipped for full functionality. Can be reserved by the hour, half day or full day.

Front Range Meeting Room

$75/Hour
Larger, scheduled meetings for Internal & External. Long side of the room has glass. Enclosed collaborative areas provide space for work requiring acoustical privacy while maintaining visual connection to the rest of the workplace. Fully A/V equipped for full functionality. Can be reserved by the hour, half day or full day.

Library Collab Space

$75/Hour
Designated coworking space for teams of up to 20 people. Library includes large tables, dedicated lounge area, white boards, and screens for hybrid meetings and presentations. There are NO doors but your conversations will not disturb anyone as there are no desks seated nearby. Signs are put up when booked out for the day.
