The private offices are beautiful — great natural light, high-end furnishings, and the kind of polished environment that puts borrowers and Realtor partners at ease the moment they walk in. The conference rooms are well-equipped and easy to book, which is perfect for team meetings and client consultations. And the kitchen? It's honestly better than most corporate offices I've been in. But the real stars here are the people. Carson (Operations Manager) and Jeremiah (Sales Director) are genuinely exceptional. Carson keeps everything running smoothly — you can tell the day-to-day experience is as seamless as it is because of his attention to detail. Jeremiah made the onboarding process easy and actually took time to understand what my business needed. Both of them go above and beyond, and that's rare. The no-lease flexibility is a huge plus for a growing team — we can scale without the pressure of a traditional office commitment. The Green Valley location is convenient, parking is easy, and the professional member community makes for great networking too. Very Professional and well kept office spaces. Staff is great especially Carson, who always delivers.

I have used this space multiple times for conferences. Venture X is in an ideal location, central in Greensboro and Guilford County. Green Valley is an excellent location for this office share. There is more than enough parking. Not one of my clients has struggled to find the space. The meeting space has always perfectly suited my needs. I love the flair they add by putting my firm name/logo on the screen in the space. Carson at the front desk knows me every time I come in which is only somewhat frequently. He also is very kind and warm when welcoming my clients. He and Venture X have lots of grace if my appointments run a touch over. Booking is super easy, literally could not be easier.

Venture X has provided such a welcome environment with helpful staff, quiet spaces and community opportunities for everyone to connect with each other. I can always get my work done and it’s nice to come to a space that has everything I need!

The space creates an ambiance of multiple plains with the natural light, color schemes, decor, the small details (that really matter)....did I mention the AMAZING customer service that highlights that ties it ALL together‼️

Thanks to Carson, I was able to secure a day office just an hour prior to needing it, and found it to be a great setting for an interview.

The overall experience at the Venture X suites is unmatched. Anything you think you could need in a shared community office building, this space exceeds those expectations. The lobby area offers plenty of open space and multiple furniture options to work or spend leisure time in. And don't even get me started about the kitchen. Outstanding coffee maker with all the functionalities you could ever want, two microwaves, one air fryer, a dishwasher, a large farm sink, a refrigerator for personal storage and one for purchasing drinks (purchasing kiosk included), and a kitchen island! All kinds of office spaces to choose from that meet the viable needs of workspace, while select spaces offer a wall size window view of the outdoors! And to top it all off, you've got the best staff to help you throughout your Venture X journey. I've run into upper management a few times. I haven't quite caught their names or had conversation with them yet, but they seem more than friendly. Now the front counter management, Carson and Jeremiah, I can speak on as I've become well acquainted with them. They're beyond helpful with any needs I've had in the office space, and they're just great conversationalists in general. It's gotten to the point where we play chess every Friday in the lobby after I'm done with work, and we're working on some plans out of the office. I couldn't be more happy with my Venture X experience and couldn't recommend it enough if you're on the fence! -Tyler

I was hesitant to start spending money on a Co-Working space as the coffee shops were working just fine. I am so glad I went ahead and started working here at Venture X. The conference room availability has been great, the included coffee makes it easy, and the staff have been very helpful about all things, from printing to scheduling. I had looked at more than 10 different co-working spaces in Greensboro and Hight Point and Venture X in Greensboro has the most professional looking space for meeting with clients. The large parking lot makes it easy to invite clients here as well. Thanks Venture X.

Great meeting spot

The space is so inviting and so is the staff! Carson and Jeremiah are always helpful if I need something. There are plenty of opportunities for connection with others as well as multiple different environments for deep focus or meetings. The kitchenette area has infused water, microwaves, an espresso machine, an air fryer, and silverware if needed. It is always sparkling clean and positive energy. I highly recommend!
