We have been leasing from Venture X Plush Mills in Greenville SC for about 2 months and I have to rave over the experience! The concept of shared space and the value it brings is every small business’s wish for inexpensive access to all of the amenities one could desire without sacrificing privacy. The team here (Caroline/Madison/Nichole) give you a “concierge experience” with daily/weekly events which brings a community feel with multiple industries represented. No utilities, no taxes, no assessments, and no landlord nightmares! They have very affordable options for any small business that offers space and office tools like secure internet, copier, mailroom, community kitchen with assorted coffee and bagels….cant say enough how happy we chose Venture X Plush Mills as our business location! Went for an event and wow this place is immaculate and modern. Very up to date amenities, huge spacious entryway and very professional working space for those who need one. If I needed an office space, this is where I'd rent it from. They have a full kitchen open to all with snacks and beverages for purchase by credit/debit. I was honestly impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the entire place. Easy, handicapped accessible parking lot with ramps. This place looks like a office space of the future that could hold any size professional meeting. Down the halls, there were spaces for computers, individual offices like law offices, and separate rooms resembling small school like rooms with bright lighting. I think I liked the tables were all on wheels (lockable) the most so they were very easy to move around. All in all 5 out of 5. Can suit any type of need.

Madi and Caroline are great and this location is beautiful. As a virtual member, VentureX is very convenient option for me. They have a lot of social events that make it easy to connect with other members.

VentureX is an amazing place to office! The space is beautiful with excellent amenities - coffee, snacks, and community events. The staff is quick to help, problem solve, and creates a wonderful working environment. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this space! I rented office space for years. I no longer need it, but I still go back every month for GVL Connect. Beautiful space with great events!

Venture X has been my home office for nearly two years now and I STILL love it just as much as the first day I walked in. Not only is the location fantastic, with coffee shops and restaurants galore, but the building is truly gorgeous and feels so old timey. There is a perfected balance of old with the new in this old textile mill-it is so fun to work in a historic building of Greenville. The daily coffee (delicious every time, might I add) and Wednesday bagels are a HIT and something that makes everyone feel cared for. However, the staff of Venture X is hands down what makes this place amazing, especially Madison Love and Caroline Crile. They always greet me with a smile and warm welcome, and are so supportive no matter how long you’ve been there. They have become friends to me and I always look forward to seeing them each day! No matter the question, they never make me feel like a nuisance and are always quick to address problems/concerns. I cannot recommend this incredible place enough!

I would highly recommend this co-working space to everyone! The building itself is cozy with plenty of natural lighting, tasteful decor and tons of space. Parking is super convenient as well. I love that they offer diverse work settings. The options vary widely from communal work/meeting spaces to private focus rooms. The staff is amazing and so welcoming! Caroline & Madi are friendly, and always plan fun ways to engage members. They do a great job of keeping the space well maintained! The amenities are top-notch. I love the different types of infused water they make daily and the full coffee bar. They truly have everything you need! They even have a Monday afternoon popcorn bar and bagels every Wednesday morning! I always look forward to going into the office! It's the perfect blend of a productive and calming environment to work in.
