Venture X-Plano West has been great so far. Laycee is always responsive to any needs that come up. I enjoy the breakfasts and lunches they sometimes provide for their members. The building always smells lovely as well!

I've been a member at Venture X - West Plano for almost 3 years, and it's been a fantastic experience. The workspace is professional, clean, and well maintained, creating a great environment for productivity. The staff truly make the difference; they are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to assist members, greet everyone with a smile, and make the space feel like a community rather than just an office. I highly recommend Venture X to anyone looking for a flexible, professional workspace with outstanding service.

Any time I come to pick up my mail, Catherine and Laycee are always so welcoming and kind. They make me feel valued and even take the time to invite me to their events. Their friendly attitude and amazing customer service make every visit a pleasant experience. 10/10

The place is very nice and well kept! Also, their kitchen is top-notch. Coffee is always ready earlier in the morning.

My team and I have been at Venture X for a while now and we love it here. The management team is extremely helpful and friendly, and the office space is always clean. They do a lot of fun events in their cafe that makes us feel at home. Highly recommend.

I use VentureX for my business virtual address and although I am not there each day, every time I come to pick up my mail, the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s always clean and smells amazing! Laycee is so great with remembering me each time and always offering for me to join their community events. I finally took her up on the offer and celebrated national donut day! Thank you Laycee and venture x staff!
