I am new to Venture X and I have been very pleased so far. From a very welcoming tour with Pamela Endean in the initial stages to now about a month in, it has really been a great experience. I love the clean, crisp, warm environment, access to resources and networking opportunities. Pam and Karissa have been so easy to work with and I really appreciate the care they put into the work they do.

The front desk, Community coordinator Karrisa is by far one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met! She’s not only extremely helpful, but also very attentive to whenever a guest is able to come in or has any questions with who they are meeting and where they are! Not only that, but she’s able to both help out others within the workspace and provide guidance to both new and returning customers for the plethora of offices and services at venture X! I’ve also used the services of A and A bilingual tax services and Charlene is awesome to work with! Her communication and work ethic to help me get a bigger and better tax refund while also explaining all of my options as an active duty service member having been in multiple states last year has been nothing short of life-saving! I filed taxes before, but never have been in three different states in a single year, or gynecologist or be a homeowner and a multitude of other factors that were affecting my tax return and she was able to explore all of my options and offer me the greatest advice and the biggest return! Extremely thankful for her!

The Community Manager and Community Coordinator have been nothing but helpful and kind. I work as an Administrative Assistant for my Financial Professional, and she has a growing team here as well. The environment is bright and welcoming, and the other tenants work hard and take time to stop, smile, and greet you.

Our company has been a tenant for over a year and the space and team at Venture X have been fantastic. Would highly recommend. Location is great as well, lots of restaurants and retail nearby. Parking is great as well.

Venture X should get 6 stars. Our experience here has been A+ since we moved into our office from Virginia Beach. The place is super modern and very well decorated. My wife loves it as well as the clients. Too many amenities to list, but the private booths for meetings and the automatic dimming lights in the afternoon are some of our favorites. David Smith is who makes it happen. From the professionalism to the attention to detail, he's definitely an added bonus. Come check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

I simply LOVE LOVE LOVE this space!!! It is innovative and my creative juices are just flowing!! We moved here in January and had our grand opening. Now that I am settled, I must say I have NEVER felt like coming in to the office like I do here. Location Location did I say Location is where it is. I know that my business is going to be taken to another level and I am excited for this! My clients and customers LOVE this space too.

Venture X office space is absolutely amazing. We recently moved here from another office space less than a mile. Venture X has exceeded all of our expectations. Gaby, David and the whole Venture X team are very accomdating and welcoming.

I stopped by the Venture X Chesapeake, VA office in search of office space as I work from home but wanted a space away from home on some days. I was met by Gabby and had a warm and wonderful reception her personality is so inviting. She gave us a tour and explained the different offering, very patient. Several days later I attended the ribbon cutting of one of the businesses officed there and I had the pleasure of meeting David. Such grace and poise with this gentleman. It made the experience even better. The ambience lends itself to class, very professional and nice meeting rooms as well as workspaces. I will definitely recommend Venture X if you are seeking office space or shared workspace.
