Denise is more than just a therapist; she’s someone who truly gets it. Originally hailing from Kentucky, she took a big leap and moved to North Carolina in late 2021 to follow her passion and launch her private practice, Head & Heart Healing, PLLC. After spending years in the healthcare field, Denise transitioned into therapy, bringing a wealth of experience and empathy to her work.
When she’s not helping clients navigate life’s challenges, she’s celebrating her other greatest achievement: her remarkable adult children. Denise couldn’t be prouder of them as they carve out their paths in the world. Despite their busy lives, they always make time to connect as a family, creating memories in places like Minnesota, Kentucky, Oregon, Tennessee, Montana, and even Hawaii.
