Yes! We offer flexible terms for all our memberships from month to month to longer terms up to 24 months.
Your Venture X office includes desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets. For some, that’s all one needs. You’re also permitted to bring in additional or alternate furniture. We encourage you to make your office your own. Make the office a place you are comfortable and productive to work in.
Impressively fast and reliable Internet
Each office has both hard-wired (Ethernet) connections as well as access to Wi-Fi. The permanent desks have the option for either a phone or an Ethernet connection.
Conference Room Time
Your membership may come with conference room hours that correlate with your membership size. Any additional time will be priced at discounted member rates. We also offer rates for half days and full days as well. Any complimentary meeting room time will not carry over to the following month. It must be used within the month it’s provided.
Prints / Copies / Scanning Venture X has one multi-function copier/scanner/printer. Black and white copies/prints are $0.10 while color copies/prints at $0.20.
Utilities Your membership fee does include all utilities.
Coffee Coffee is fuel for connection, creativity, and collaboration. We offer unlimited gourmet coffee and tea options, for you and your clients and/or guests.
Unique, exciting Venture X Events Venture X is a community of industry leaders and innovative entrepreneurs. Meet and connect with like-minded people and established companies at our monthly events. Past events examples include holiday parties, local speakers, movie nights, brown bag lunch parties, and more!
We offer free parking for members and guests! There is parking surrounding the building with a covered tiered parking structure towards the back side.
Yes! We do provide walk-ins, however, highly suggest to be notified in advance. We prefer to know your requirements before you arrive so we can show you the best possible options and make the most of your time.
Yes. You can start your membership at any time during the month and your 1st month membership will be prorated for the 1st month. Our notice periods vary based on the term of your contract, however every membership ends on the last calendar day of the month.
Our standard minimum term notice period is 60 days, so we always know what is coming available up to 60 days in advance. Once a member provides a written notice, we can begin to market and show their office space. If our location is fully occupied, we will add your name and requirements to the waiting list for the next "like space" that comes available within your designated timeframe.
Venture X does not hold any offices unless a signed agreement along with certified funds are received. When securing an office, a service retainer as well as the 1st month’s membership must be paid.

Any of our memberships will offer an upgrade to an assigned phone number providing a voicemail to email feature.
We also can provide you a list of any 3rd party virtual receptionists.

Our community membership will grant you access to our common areas! Come in anytime during business hours (Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm) and work in either our café and/or open workspace.
Our community+ membership will grant you access to the same areas as the community membership but for an UNLIMITED window (365/24/7). We suggest this option if you are someone that needs flexibility in your day!
A private office is a fully enclosed, lockable space built for a team of 1-8 people. Your company can add on more offices as you grow. Speak to your community management team about custom arrangements for larger teams!
Venture X is accessible by key fob 365/24/7 (also dependent on your membership type). Venture X staff attend to the buildings between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Building, elevator, and HVAC hours vary by location based on the Management company.

We love to host your guests! Once they arrive, they will check in at the front desk. We will let you know they are here by email, phone call, and/or text if preferred.
While we love our furry friends, we request that they remain at home. Our office accommodates all people and we always want to be considerate of those with allergies, etc.
We do permit SERVICE animals, however, they must be wearing an official vest, collar, or harness that states they are in service. You may also refer to the house rules, provided by our staff.
All members must be set up on Auto Pay via the payment portal either by ACH or credit card for ongoing payments. Note that paying via ACH will save you roughly 3% on your bill.
Members are expected to follow the notice period noted within the terms and conditions of your agreement.
All agreements will have an end date on the last day of the month. If you do not want to renew your agreement, you must provide notice, in writing, as described below prior to the conclusion of your notice period. The notice periods shall be either 1) one month (30 days) for any membership agreement of 3-months or less or 2) two months (60 days) for any agreement greater than 3-months.
