I absolutely love working out of Venture X Columbia East. The vibe here is on point. It strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The amenities are fantastic, the space is bright and thoughtfully designed, and the overall environment leaves me feeling focused, refreshed, and genuinely productive. This is a place where real work gets done. I can write articles, meet with clients, and think clearly without distraction. At the same time, it creates natural opportunities to connect with other professionals in a clean, friendly, and welcoming setting. It never feels sterile or transactional. It feels human. A special mention goes to Javeria Kaleem at the front desk. She greets me every morning with genuine enthusiasm and a smile, and she is always ready to help make the day run smoothly. That kind of consistency and care sets the tone for the entire space. Venture X Columbia East is more than a coworking space. It is an environment that supports focus, creativity, and connection, and I recommend it without hesitation

I figured I would leave a fair review after being there for 1 year. Be warned that they cut the heat and air off every evening and the weekend's it doesn't come on at all. My clients after hours and on weekends had a huge problem with this. Secondly, it's the only place that will bill you on a federal holiday and then charge you a late fee the next day. That's not cool. There's also no grace period for late fees. The end all for me is that I found another office space three times the size for just 12 bucks more, a ten day grace period and $2000 dollar office credit. So there are cheaper places that are much larger. The staff is nice and the location is great but compared to other co working spaces just be cautious. The turnover rate of the office rentals at this location is high. There were a few other things that lean towards personal things so I left that out to keep this review as fair and accurate as possible. Upon moving out they attempted to keep the security deposit stating the carpet needed to be replaced when there were no holes rips or tears in the carpet. I took photos before I vacated. The problem is they breached a contract for a bigger space, tried to blame me for their payment system and now since the holidays are coming up, they know the unit will be vacant through the holidays because of their doing, not mine. So be wary.

Great office space. Great community. I've been a member for a few months now. Have really enjoyed it this far.

Venture X is a great place for those who need temporary space, especially during the summer if you have to drop and pick up kids in the Columbia area. Rather than lose two hours of my day commuting back and forth twice I found a great and comfortable spot that is centrally located and very comfortable as a temporary space. The staff is very helpful, wifi is fast, and they have a great variety of seating options.

Venture X Columbia East has been a perfect short-term solution for me to park myself for a productive day after driving my kid up for his summer internship each day and going home afterwards. It’s a beautiful new brightly-lit very clean space with a wonderful friendly team! I chose the dedicated desk option- spacious, really appreciated the quick setup and supplying of a large monitor and a stand. Lots of food options downstairs as well as within a few minutes drive- easy to do grocery shopping at Wegmans or variety stuff at Target or Walmart, with easy access to freeway. Great free coffee, ample parking, fast and reliable wifi. Like the weekly riddles even though I haven’t been able to figure them out without asking for the answer. Would highly recommend this place for freelancers looking for a place outside of home or Starbucks.

I absolutely loved my experience at VentureX and I’m sad that my current circumstances have led me to the decision to leave the space. I started as a coworking membership but eventually worked up to having my own dedicated desk! The team always made me feel comfortable and supported. The birthday celebrations are fun and it was so nice getting to meet so many friendly people. Thank you VentureX team for everything!

I joined as a community member for a few months while I needed a spot to work for a few hours here and there while I was in the area. I went to the Columbia East location mostly, did check out the other one as well. Pros: Convenient, ample parking, great temperature controls. Columbia East has plenty of seating for those who are community members. Free coffee- but if you are lactose intolerant there aren't any options for you as they all have cow's milk. Cons: NOISY- if you are trying to do any focused work in the common areas, the folx who rent offices, the admins, and the other folx in the common space are pretty loud. The Town Center location- I was lucky to find seating when I went as they don't have a lot of open seating to begin with. There's one "phone booth" where theres a chair and the world's smallest side table for your laptop, not ideal. Only one long table has charging access, the other seats do not. I also would like to say, that I went to cancel my community membership and wasn't aware that you had to give 30 days notice (which is kind of ridiculous for a "drop-in" kind of community. I emailed to ask why, was given a response, and when I responded didn't get a response. So, I basically paid for a month's community membership that I didn't use because they hide the 30-day policy in the info you sign (and don't vocalize it when you're looking to book). Renee was kind when she was trying to book me as a community member, but when I went to cancel the customer service ceased. I would say if you're really in a bind and need a place to work from on a regular basis, make sure its really worth the $145 a month to belong. In hindsight, I could have gotten the same experience at a Starbucks for free.

Absolutely wonderful coworking space. The space is brand spankin new and spotlessly clean every day. Coffee is great. The staff is incredible - so kind and helpful. And everyone I’ve met there is super nice. Columbia area was lacking a quality coworking space and Venture X has absolutely filled that void. Look forward to coming here every week. Can recommend enough!
