West Palm Beach-Based Coworking Franchise Recognized by South Florida Business Journal
MIAMI (August 26, 2020) – Venture X — the flexible workspace franchise based in West Palm Beach, Fla.— was officially ranked as one of South Florida’s fastest-growing private companies at the fourth-annual South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ) Fast 50 awards presentation held virtually on August 26, 2020. Venture X ranked on this list for the second year in a row, earning the No. 12 spot for SFBJ’s top companies with less than $25 million in revenue by experiencing a percentage growth of 160.81% from 2017-2019.
The SFBJ’s Fastest-Growing Company awards honor private, South Florida-based companies for their growth over a two-year period. Companies considered for this award are privately held, headquartered in South Florida and in business for at least three full years. They are required to complete a survey and provide documentation to support their revenue growth. Based on surveys submitted, the companies are then divided into two award categories: fastest-growing private companies with less than $25 million in revenue and more than $25 million in revenue.
Venture X has continued its growth trajectory through 2020. Thus far, Venture X has opened 11 locations including one in Costa Rica and its third in Canada, with another six locations projected to open through the end of 2020. Venture X is expecting to expand into several new markets in 2020 and 2021 including, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Washington D.C., Illinois, Spain and India.
