"A great place to meet up at! Excellent for meetings."
"Serendipity Labs hosted the Yelp Elite Event for May. The venue is so neat. They have a ton of different working stations with a variety of seating style. During the day they play coffee house music quietly which is wonderful. They have snacks for purchase as well as premium coffee. Something that's nice is that they offer day rentals so you don't have to get a full month if you don't need it, but if you get a membership you can use it at any location - great for travelers! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I loved the decor and will definitely have to look into renting out meeting spaces or the entire lab for a work event."
"I recently attended a Yelp event here...what a building! It's modern, yet warm. Exposed brick and rolling doors. A multipurpose facility that can be a room or an open area, whatever is needed. Good location and parking."
"I was lucky to attend an event at Serendipity and left super impressed with the whole operation top to bottom. First, Greenville owes them a big debt for the magnificent, thoughtful way they have taken a local historic landmark and converted it into this modern, functional space. It really sets an example and a high bar for the way this kind of re-purposing should be done with care and respect for the original structure and the effort and resources needed to create a very high end finished project. This is really a showpiece for the West End development. Kudos to Serendipity Labs. Clearly they are doing things right. Our interaction with the staff there was also top notch. I can imagine that actually working in this space would be a productive, professional but fun experience. My own work doesn't really track this way but if it did, I would strongly consider a membership. Everything about the visit was convenient and top end from their ample parking to the food/drink. The specific spaces within the building are all very well conceived and beautifully realized. They even have a regular relationship with local artists to turn the walls into a rotating gallery and showcase. Serendipity Labs is an outstanding addition to the Greenville business community. Anyone looking for personal work space or an appropriate professional or corporate meeting space should make sure to check out their options and their shared membership system for regular business travelers needing these services seems a no brainer."
"I had a great night at Serendipity Labs. The building fully restored, is beautiful industrial setting with reclaimed ceiling wood refurbished. I enjoyed the tour, the food and drink and musical bingo. Thank you for a wonderful evening."
"Beautiful space! I love the natural sunlight that beams through the common areas. This is a fantastic shared workspace concept for folks needing a desk or meeting rooms! Common areas include a kitchen and an office supply area. If you need office space, please check this place out!"
"I came here for a Yelp Event and was surprised at what was here. I absolutely love collaborative space that evokes creativity and enables open thinking. The first thing I discovered when entering the door, is of course the gorgeous brick walls and the high ceilings with the wooden panels - my absolute fave!! It's very natural and there are plants along the wall of the foyer if you want to call it that. As it's an open floor plan. There were two major events going on simultaneously here but the space is big and easily works well. I arrived late but the Yelp Event had already gone to "close" session where we were "inside" a room - tables and chairs for people to sit around, there was also plenty of space for where the food was set-up to one side, and plenty of wall/room space for where the presenters, Pure on Main, had their displays and samples. When our session was completed, it ended at the same time as the other event which involved the soon-to-be entrepreneurs to present their proposals. This was done in many ways so that we could mingle with each other revealing exactly what collaborative space is all about. I didn't get to walk around the whole place but there are clearly private rooms/offices if that's what one needs, and there are shared spaces. Definitely conference rooms, and absolutely gorgeous open spaces that up one level. I was just downtown the night before and had no idea this was here. It's one of the former old textile mills and it's great to see what the building itself has transformed into -- and appropriately showing what Greenville has also transformed into!"
"amazing space for working."
