Each Venture X location is designed with several meeting rooms and conference rooms in a variety of sizes to suit the needs of any business. Every business owner, at some time, needs a meeting space that offers more privacy than a local coffee shop or the common areas at Venture X. Our conference rooms feature everything you need for presentations, team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with clients. These meeting rooms include super-fast Internet connections, access to business class copiers, printers, and scanners as well as state-of-the-art audio/visual presentation equipment and all materials needed to create a professional presentation without the worry of technical difficulties. Private office memberships include some meeting room hours, with the benefit of reserving meeting rooms for additional hours at member rates. At Venture X, dedicated desk, shared desk, community, and virtual office members can reserve meeting rooms by the hour at member rates, as well.
