CEO OF UNITED FRANCHISE GROUP
Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group, is a widely recognized leader in the franchise industry. He started the company in 1986 with the Signarama brand in Farmingdale, New York.
Ray has received numerous honors and awards for his leadership at United Franchise Group and in the franchising industry. In addition to recognition for his business acumen, Ray is also an accomplished speaker and author.
Named to Forbes’ Magazine’s prestigious, “30 under 30 list, Jason Anderson founded Premier Property Marketing Group in Dallas, TX before joining United Franchising Group. Prior to becoming Venture X’s Brand President in 2019, Jason held other leadership roles at UFG, most recently as President of UFG brand, Accurate Franchising and also as Director of Franchise Development and Chief Technology Officer. As Venture X Brand President, Jason heads up the leadership team in order to implement our ambitious expansion agenda. With strengths in franchising, technology, real estate, marketing and entrepreneurial concepts, Jason has been moving Venture X towards continued growth.
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
After serving in several other operational roles within United Franchise Group for more than twelve years and being involved in the development of Venture X from the beginning, Paula became Vice President of Operations for Venture X in 2019. Paula oversees all aspects related to operations and new building openings for current and future franchise owners. Additionally, she has a strong focus on evaluating and implementing brand initiatives related to operational processes.
Paula has extensive global travel experience and brings her wealth of knowledge to the Venture X brand as it continues to grow domestically and internationally. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Liberty University.
VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT
Highly knowledgeable and experienced Corporate Real Estate Executive with broad and deep familiarity with a variety of industries for over 30 years. Matt has a proven track record with site selection, construction and financing for franchisees, schools, restaurants, grocers and pharmacies. He leads a dynamic team of proven professionals that are determined to exceed expectations and drive value with profitability. He has a reputation for performance excellence, leadership, and results. Matt is married to his wife of 21 years and they have 2 children.
REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT FOR VENTURE X
Shane has spent his entire career at United Franchise Group having many different roles. Shane has helped develop several of the franchises at United Franchise Group and now serves as Regional Vice President for Venture X. He helps to oversee the growth and development of the brand across the country and bring new franchisees on board. Shane has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida State University.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
During his career, Rubin has helped thousands of companies from all over the world navigate the flexible office space landscape. As Director of Marketing, Rubin is responsible for working with franchisees on all aspects of marketing strategy including digital, public relations, website, etc.
Rubin has over 13 years of Marketing and Sales Management experience, including recent work as a strategy consultant for coworking office operators. As Operator Relations Manager of the Americas for the largest flexible office advisory firm globally, the Instant Group, Rubin managed a portfolio of over 4,500 office center partnerships representing hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate value throughout North and South America.
DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP SALES
Tammy is an industry veteran with 15 years of coworking experience in a wide variety of roles all focused on the sales and operations of coworking spaces. While at Regus, she was recognized as a Top Sales Performer for five consecutive years with additional recognitions for highest number of broker deals, highest renewal increases and the CEO award multiple times, to name a few.
As Director of Membership Sales for Venture X, Tammy’s focus is working directly with current and future Venture X franchisees to increase occupancy, revenue and profit. More specifically, she works with franchisees on broker relationships, enterprise leads, sales calls, closing memberships and personnel needs.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING
Magan is native to Texas where she currently resides with her husband Kyle and their fur babies. Magan began her career in the Real Estate Industry focusing the first portion in the Residential area where she became an expert at turning around struggling apartment communities by increasing sales, decreasing expenses, providing boots to ground marketing strategies, and creating exceptional resident experiences. Within the same Industry she moved into opening brand new apartment communities and focused her time in Project Management working contractors, designers, owners, and investors to form a strategic plan to create a profitable community. Magan was then introduced to the Commercial Flexible Office Space Industry where became an expert at taking an unprofitable location with high turnover to profitability and long term retention. She focused on growing sales, strategic renewal increases, increasing client retention and up-selling all additional revenue opportunities. Soon to follow, Magan increased her scope to multiple locations and markets where she again focused on providing exceptional results in sales, profit, retention, and member experiences. Magan began to train other General Managers to achieve the same success with the strategies she applied. Magan is excited to branch out into the Franchise side of the Flex Space Industry and is thrilled to work with the Venture X current and future Franchisees and their staff to help apply strategies that she’s used in her career to help achieve continued success at their locations. She feels very blessed to be given this opportunity and looks forward to the future with UFG.
As the Venture X Purchasing Manager, Amanda is responsible for the purchasing, coordination, and delivery of the Schedule A equipment package. Amanda started as an administrative assistant with United Franchise Group in 2005. She was then promoted into the purchasing department, where she has excelled with the startup of over 10 brands in the United Franchise Group family of businesses.
Amanda’s focus and expertise is acquiring goods and services, coordinating deliveries of many items from multiple vendors, and working with these vendors to establish healthy relationships to get the best pricing for our Schedule A package. She attended Penn State University.
Amanda Jimenez is the Marketing Coordinator with 9 years of experience in marketing, working for print and digital newspapers and international brands as a content creator. Along with Rubin Beckner, Director of Marketing, they assist franchise owners with their marketing needs. Her expertise lies in paid advertisement, social media content, and search engine optimization.
Melissa is an accomplished customer service professional with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in project management and process improvement and is known for delivering high-quality work. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication ensures a smooth experience for each franchisee working with Starpoint Brands.
