Yes! We offer flexible terms for all memberships from month to month, 6 months, 12 months to longer terms up to 24 months. We provide you with the stability of a workspace along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.

Furniture:
Your Venture X office comes fully furnished and includes desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets. You’re also permitted to bring in additional or alternate furniture. We encourage you to make your office your own. Make the office a place you are comfortable and productive to work in.
High Speed Internet:
Each office has both hard-wired (Ethernet) connections as well as access to Wi-Fi. The permanent desks have the option for either a phone or an Ethernet connection.
Conference Room Time:
Your membership may come with conference room hours that correlate with your membership size. Any additional time will be priced at discounted member rates. We also offer rates for half days and full days as well. Any complimentary meeting room time will not carry over to the following month. It must be used within the month it’s provided.
Prints / Copies / Scanning:
Venture X has one multi-function copier/scanner/printer. Black and white copies/prints are $0.10 while color copies/prints at $0.30. Your membership may come with a certain dollar amount per month to use towards printing services.
Coffee, Tea & Water:
We offer unlimited complimentary gourmet coffee, tea and water to you and your clients and/or guests. Coffee is fuel for connection, creativity, and collaboration!
Utilities
Your membership fee includes all utilities.
Venture X Events:
Venture X is a community of industry leaders and innovative entrepreneurs. Meet and connect with like-minded people and established companies at our monthly events. Past events examples include holiday parties, local speakers, movie nights, brown bag lunch parties, and more!

Free Onsite Parking

Although we provide walk-in tours, we highly suggest you contact us in advance. We prefer to know your requirements before you arrive so we can show you the best possible options and make the most of your time.

Yes. You can start your membership at any time during the month and your 1st month membership will be prorated for the 1st month. Our notice periods vary based on the term of your contract, however every membership ends on the last calendar day of the month.

Our standard minimum term notice period is 60 days, so we always know what is coming available up to 60 days in advance. Once a member provides a written notice, we can begin to market and show their office space. If our location is fully occupied, we will add your name and requirements to the waiting list for the next "like space" that comes available within your designated timeframe. Keep in mind that our current members (Virtual Office, Shared Desk, Community Member, Dedicated Desk or Office) will always have the priority on any upcoming vacancy first.

Venture X does not hold any offices unless a signed agreement along with certified funds are received. In some instances, we can take a non-refundable service retainer in lieu of a signed agreement for a period of 10 business days. When securing an office, a service retainer as well as the 1st month’s membership must be paid.

Any of our memberships will allow an upgrade to a local phone number with phone service. A dedicated desk or private office will have also the ability to upgrade and have a phone set at their desk. We also offer phone answering and screening services.

Every Venture X office is uniquely designed and differs per location. We typically measure in desk space with more than enough room for a team to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!

A Community Membership includes access to Venture X common areas during business hours, which includes access to the lounge, reception area and café. As a Community Member, you also have access to conference rooms at member rates along with access to our members only events and online community board. A Community Membership allows you to join our community for a very low monthly price.
A Shared Desk Membership is an unassigned desk located in the lounge and café area. Phone calls are suggested to take place in phone booths and personal items must be taken home at the end of the day.
A Dedicated Desk Membership is an assigned desk in a semi-private area shared with others. This dedicated space comes with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings, wall dividers for added privacy, an optional landline phone and 24/7 access. Desktops and monitors may be set up and left overnight.
A Private Office Membership is a fully enclosed, lockable office built for a team of 1 -10 people. Your company can add on more offices as you grow. Speak to your community management team about custom arrangements for larger teams.

Venture X is accessible by keycard 24/7. Venture X staff attend to the buildings between 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Building, elevator, and HVAC hours vary by location based on the Management company. See your Community Management team for further details.

Absolutely! We love to host your guests! Once they arrive, they will check in at the front desk. We will let you know they are here by email, phone call, and/or text if preferred.

We love our furry friends too, but please keep them at home. Due to allergies and such, we ask that you do not bring them to Venture X.

All members must be set up on Auto Pay via the payment portal either by ACH or credit card for ongoing payments. Note that paying via ACH will save you roughly 3% on your bill.

Members must follow the notice period noted within the terms and conditions of your agreement. Non-Desk Memberships have a 30-day notice period and Desk Memberships require a minimum of a 30 day notice. Termination notices must be received in writing prior to the last business day of the month prior to the start of your notice period. Example: If a member wants to end their agreement effective their term end date of August 31st, they must give notice to Venture X management by June 30th for a desk membership (dedicated or private office).
